Esquill Case Management System

Privacy Policy

Effective August 27, 2026

This policy explains how Belinfanti Law P.C. collects, uses, shares, and protects information through Esquill. Esquill is intended for authorized legal professionals, clients, and service providers.

Information we collect

Esquill may process account details, authentication identifiers, case and client records, legal documents, medical and insurance information, communications, activity logs, and files that authorized users submit or connect to the service.

Google account information

When you choose Google sign-in, we receive the basic account information needed to authenticate you, such as your name, email address, and account identifier. If an authorized administrator connects a Google service, Esquill accesses only the data permitted by the scopes shown during consent and only to provide the requested feature.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, operate case-management and document workflows, provide requested integrations, protect the service, troubleshoot issues, comply with legal obligations, and communicate about the service.

Google API data

Esquill's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or transfer it except as needed to provide or secure the service, comply with law, or follow an authorized user's direction.

Sharing and service providers

Information may be shared with vendors that host, secure, maintain, or support Esquill under appropriate confidentiality obligations. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as directed by an authorized client or user.

Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. Records are retained only as long as needed for legal services, business operations, contractual duties, security, and applicable legal or professional requirements.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal, ethical, contractual, and record-retention requirements. You may revoke Google access through your Google Account permissions; doing so may disable connected features.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Esquill or applicable requirements change. The effective date below identifies the current version.
